EMCLI DIRSYNC is not synchronizing Distribution List membership deletions, however, membership additions are being synchronized.

If you want to remove a member of a DL from both the source and target DL, you will need to manually remove it from both the source and target DL before the next sync.

However, you can 'remigrate' the DL if you want to delete a member of a target DL that you deleted from the source DL. This will only work for objects deleted on the source.

1. Right click the name of your project.
   
2. Select View.
   
3. Select Display Settings.
   
4. Select the Display Migrated Objects checkbox.
   
5. Go to your Specify Migration Options wizard.
   
6. On the Email Address Collision Options page select Replace for Distribution Lists.
   
7. Complete the Wizard.
   
8. Remigrate the DL.

This will Replace the DL. That means if any accounts have been explicitly added on the target side, they will be removed.  If this was a pre-existing group when the group is deleted and recreated, the account SID will also change. Make sure you run a target to source synch, before deleting members from the source.
