Some mailboxes are conflicting or merging with wrong target accounts even though there seems to be no conflicting attributes.

cause
One of the secondary e-mail addresses matches on both mailboxes. This could be an MS MAIL, CCMAIL, or customer defined e-mail type.

fix
Change or remove the conflicting e-mail address.
