A pretask trigger is available on the knowledge depot that prevents an Assistant Admin from being able to mail enable a group. When you install this trigger, you can decide whether its scope should be restricted to specific ActiveViews or Assistant Admin groups. This trigger should be specified for the GroupCreate operation.

The script is called NoGroupMailenablepre.vbs and can be found under the Trigger & Policy Scripts section of the Knowledge depot.  The Knowledge depot can be found at
