The Telephone Properties - Modify a user account  power grants the Assistant Admin the ability to modify all the fields on the Telephones tab such as Home phone, Pager, Mobile, IP phone and Fax.  In Directory and Resource Administrator 7.0 the following powers have been added to provide granular delegation of the fields on this tab:

• Modify User Home Phone
• Modify User Pager Number
• Modify User Mobile Phone
• Modify User Fax Number
• Modify User IP Phone 

Additionally,Directory and Resource Administrator 7.5 and above now includes the ability to create custom powers.
