Installation of the Repository on SQL 2000 in a clustered environment has not been tested and currently is not supported.

An Enhancement Request has been submitted to add this functionality to the product.

A possible work around to install the database on a normal SQL server, and also to perform upgrades there.  Then you can replicate the DB to the SQL cluster.

If the server choice is grayed out while installing the Repository, verify whether SQL 2000 is installed in a clustered environment.
