Situation
What ports are required to be open for AppManager Reponse Time module?
Resolution
If going through a firewall these are the ports that need to be opened:
AppManager communications between Management Server (MS) and Manage Client (MC)
- The default ports are 9998 and 9999 but can be changed during installation
Response Time modules:
- Endpoint Agent 1 to Endpint Agent 2 will use port 10115 bi-directionaly for test setup data
- The ports needed for each application are defined in the Response Time Knowledge Scripts for AD, Domino, Exchange, SQL, WEB
- The application default or common ports used by Applications being monitored.
