Exchange Migrator times out on a specific mailbox.

cause
The target accounts are disabled user accounts, which had been mail-enabled using EMCLI DIRSYNC.

fix
Enable these accounts and synchronize AD with the Global Catalog. Then, re-migrate the problem mailboxes.
