Do both Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) and Configuration Assessor (CA) have support for foreign language Operating Systems?

Configuration Assessor is not internationalized and not supported under non-US English platforms.  DMA has had some internationalization testing and has been used by some customers on non-US English platforms.  However,  internationalization problems with DMA are only supported on a ?best effort? basis because the product has not been fully regressed on non-US English platforms.
