symptom
[7601]E20075: Failed to read data from (source file path) rc=33. The process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file.
cause
Outlook has locked the file.
fix
The user must be logged off of Outlook or any other program that would access the user's PST file. Server Consolidator will not migrate open PST files.
