Situation

Exchange2000_QueueStatus Knowledge Script error: vbRunTimeError: RErr429(L616):OLE Automation server can't create object.

Resolution

Please verify that the qexch2k1a4.exe service is running with a valid service account with the appropriate permissions and correct password. For more information regarding permissions for the qexch2k1a4.exe service please refer to the current Module Guide for Exchange 2000.

Cause

The qexch2k1a4.exe sevice had failed to start due to an invalid password/account.
