Performance of CLI is slow when trying to display properties of users from a NT 4 domain

cause

The cause is due to the fact that the WinNT provider performs considerably slower when using the cache properties using the GetInfoEx method. There is a call to the server that does GetInfoEx to cache a property, in cases of an NT4 domain the performance was 4x better if this call is removed. 

fix

The call has been removed in Directory and Resource Administrator version 6.60 and later for an NT 4 domain.
