[7400]E20750: Failed to add SidHistory for Print Operators to Print Operators. Source account is a BUILTIN account or an account with well known RID.

cause
The Print Operators group has the same sid in every domain and does not contain a reference to a specific domain.  Therefore, Domain Migration Administrator cannot add the Print Operators SID from the source domain to the Print Operators group in the target domain, because that group already has the same SID. 

fix

This is expected behavior.
