If you are migrating with Exchange Migrator and you are using an ADC Connection Agreement (CA) then duplicate accounts/mailboxes will be created if you decide to turn ADC replication back on after the Exchange mailbox migration.  You will have the same results if you do not set the replication schedule of the ADC CA to "Never" during the migration.
