Creating a sub-OU container in the hidden OU NetIQRecycleBin is not a supported configuration.  In addition, creating a sub-OU container must be performed in native tools.  Once this sub-OU container is created, DRA will not see the sub-OU container when viewing the Recycle Bin and any account that is moved to this sub-OU container will be counted towards licensing on the next account cache refresh.
