After you create a migration project, or select an existing project in the left pane, Domain Migration Administrator displays the project task pad in the right pane. This task pad allows you to turn delegation mode on or off.

To enable delegation mode, click Off in the 'Project Status' area, and click OK. The delegation mode indicator will change to On.
