symptom
Error: '[7519]E21111: LDAP://targetdomain/CN=Test,OU=Container,DC=domain,DC=com cannot be replaced by WinNT://SOURCEDOMAIN/Test because the objects are of different types.'

cause
This error occurs when trying to merge an object of one type onto an existing object of a different type.

Example:

1. Migrate a User named "ExchangeUser".
   
2. There is an existing Universal Group on the target called "ExchangeUser".
   
3. Select Replace and Update conflicting accounts.

fix
Select the option to Rename conflicting accounts, so it will rename the source object during the migration and create a new target object of the correct type.
