cause
There is a problem with the source and/or target MAPI profile specfied in the Migration Options.

fix

Verify that you can log in to the source and target MAPI profiles that are being used for the migration. If you are able to successfully log in proceed with the following workaround:

1. Create a new source and target MAPI profile.
   
2. Log in to each of these profiles.
   
3. Walk through the Migration Options wizard.
   
4. Select the 2 new profiles.
   
5. Complete the wizard.
   
6. Retry the migration.
