Error: 'The Directory and Resource Administrator server cannot identify the client'.

cause
This issue can be caused by incorrect authentication methods set on the virtual directories installed by the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) user interfaces.

To resolve the above described issue, modify the directory security for the DRA, OnePointAdmin, OnePoint and DRA1 virtual directories to Basic authentication and Integrated Windows authentication.  Restart the IIS Admin Service and the World Wide Web Publishing Service to allow the DRA interfaces to realize the changes.
