Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) must have a mapping of the source and target accounts in order to synchronize passwords. There are several options that can be used:

1. Migrate users with DMA.
   
2. Use the Update Active Directory Connector Accounts Wizard (if you used ADC to populate the AD).
   
3. Import Migrated Objects for Post Migration Tasks (see User Guide for more information).
   
4. Run the SID History Report (This will populate the DMA database with accounts from the Target domain that have SID History).
