Yes. In  Directory and Resource Administrator 6.60 and later, policies can be created to validate and enforce Microsoft Exchange 5.5 Mailbox property fields.  In order to create a policy in Directory and Resource Administrator to validate or enforce certain Exchange 5.5 Mailbox properties,select the Exchange 5.5 Mailbox option from the drop down list in the Select object class field when creating a new policy.
