symptom
Target accounts do not have permission to target mailboxes.
cause
The 'Update ADC Accounts' Wizard will remove the SELF account from a target account mailbox rights and add the actual account itself. If neither of these are there, the target account will not have rights to the target mailbox.
fix
Add the 'SELF' or the current account to the target account ACL.
