Yes.  Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) 7.1 has been verified by NetIQ to support Windows 2003 for the following migration scenarios:

  • Windows NT to Windows 2003
  • Windows 2000 (mixed or native) to Windows 2003
  • Windows 2003 to Windows 2003

DMA 7.1 will support a migration to Windows 2003 as is, but we recommend that you review the latest Hotfixes before proceeding with a migration.  In addition, DMA 7.1 is now supported when installed on a Windows 2003 Member Server or Domain Controller.  DMA should always be installed in the target domain for any migration scenario.  For more information, please see Chapter 2 "Planning and Performing Your Migration" in the DMA 7.1 User Guide.
