symptom
An asterisk (*) is displayed next to all 'logon' user accounts when running Remote Diagnostic on a remote machine.

fix
When running Remote Diagnostics, NetIQ GPA displays asterisk next to all 'logon' user accounts. This would include any system service account that has the logon on as Service rights, in addition to, the interactive logon user.


note

The next release of NetIQ GPA will update the documentation to reflect the fact that accounts with an asterisk(*)  includes Service Accounts as well as current user.
