How do I setup an ActiveView to be able to only clone one template account?

This can be accomplished by creating two ActiveViews:

 

• ActiveView One:  Template ActiveView
  
  Rule 1:  Rule to include the user template account from the OU where the template account resides.
  
  Rule 2:  Target create rule for the target OU (not the template OU).
  
  Powers over AV One assigned to the AA or AA Group:  All properties Clone a User Account
  
   
• ActiveView Two:  Target user AV
  
  Rule 1:  Rule to include all users for the target OU
  
  Powers over AV Two: Specify whatever powers the AA?s need to have over the users in the OU.

 

 

After creating these ActiveViews, the AA?s will only be able to clone the template account.  The cloned account will be created in the target OU and not the OU where the template resides.  

Please note:  When an AA highlights a regular user account in the users OU, it will appear that he can clone these accounts.  However, when he attempts to clone the user and click finish, the AA will get the error that they do not have enough powers.
