Currently there is not an upgrade path from the Enterprise Administrator (EA) reporting to Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) reporting.  The custom reports must be manually recreated in DRA Reporting. 

The Knowledge Depot for DRA contains a document, How to create a custom report in DRA, which provides details about how to accomplish this.  The Knowledge Depot section is located under the Extended Support site for DRA, therefore you will need a valid user ID and password to access the document.
