[7005] E20949- Failed to launch agent on computer hr=80070574. The target account name is incorrect.

cause
This error can be caused by network name resolution issues.

fix

As a verification that there is a potential WINS or DNS problem, open Computer Management on the DMA console and connect to the remote workstation. You may be unable to add a target domain account to the local administrators group on the remote workstation. You may see an error that says 'The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.'

Correct WINS and DNS name resolution issues and confirm that you can successfully add target account to the remote workstation.  Once these issues are corrected, the error will be resolved.
