In order to enable Exchange 5.5 support after the Administration server component has been installed, perform the following steps:

1. Install Microsoft Exchange 5.5 Admin tools on the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) server.
2. Ensure that the Exchange 5.5 service pack number on the DRA server matches the version on the Preferred Exchange server.
3. Stop and restart the MCS OnePoint Administration Server service. Note: The service name in 7.x is NetIQ Administration Service.
4. Enable Exchange 5.5 described in KB article NetIQKB335.
