symptom
OWA (Outlook Web Access) does not work after the Exchange migration.

cause
Exchange Migrator migrated all mailboxes to the new domain (exampledomain.com), but did not give the newly created mailboxes an @exampledomain.com e-mail address. The @exampledomain.com e-mail address is required for some operations in Exchange 2000 (in this case, when a user attempted to authenticate to OWA).

fix
Add @exampledomain.com to a mailbox to see if this resolves the issue.  If so, then troubleshoot reasons why Exchange Migrator may not have translated the e-mail address during the migration process.  Review the Exchange Migrator logs in C:\Program Files\Netiq\Exchange Migrator\Logs.
