When is a computer considered migrated with regards to the 'Show previously migrated objects in projects' option of the DMA Advanced Settings?

A computer is considered migrated, by Domain Migration Administrator (DMA), as soon as it creates the account and the information is stored in the Migrated Objects table of the Protar.  Even if the computer happens to be powered off during the migration or the computer does not join the new domain, DMA considers the computer to be migrated.
