Event 21213  Heartbeat update failed for X or fewer agents.  Error details: idispatch error 3222

cause
There are usually two possible causes for this type of event:

• If there are two or more Central Computers (Consolidator/Agent Manager for pre 5.0) in one configuration group, they may be performing the Agent Manager scans at the same time.
• The groom jobs may be tying up the database preventing insertion. This may point to a performance problem.

fix
If you have more than one Central Computer (Consolidator/Agent Manager for pre 5.0) in a configuration group, schedule different scan times for each one. You can leave one server at the default scan time, and change the scan time(s) for the other servers so that they perform their agent scans at different intervals.
