No, the ability to manage resources on computers such as Services, Devices, Printers, Connected Users etc is not available using the Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) Command Line Interface (CLI).  However, the OnePoint ADSI Provider can be used to manage resources on computers.  For more information on the OnePoint ADSI provider, please refer to the DRA Software Development Kit (SDK).

An Enhancement Request has been opened with Development to include this functionality in a future version of Directory and Resource Administrator.
