Environment

NetIQ AppManager 6.x
NetIQ AppManager 7.0.x

Situation

Knowledge Script properties no longer are displayed when attempting to open knowledge script properties for the running jobs or the job properties within the knowledge script group.
AppManager error message appears in the Operator Console: uiFetchJobProperty() failed !
NetIQ Monitoring Policy SQL Task in SQL Enterprise Manager is running every minute.

Resolution

To correct this issue remove the action associated with the job(s) then re-add the same action and see if this allows the properties to display.  If this does not resolve the issue remove the knowledge script(s) (whose properties will not display) from the KSG or monitoring policy, then re-add them back.  This will stop and remove the current active job, but will assure a fresh copy of the knowledge script (KS) is transferred to the agent machine to run active.

Cause

The current running knowledge script or the associated action knowledge script has become corrupt.  Another possible cause is that the running job may have an associated action or the named knowledge script itself has been removed from the Repository (deleted from the console) but still remains running on the agent machine as a member of a knowledge script group (KSG), monitoring policy, or ad hoc job.
