cause

This is a known defect in BEA WebLogic Server 6.0, 6.1, and 7.0.

NetIQ has reported this problem to BEA.

A patch is available from BEA for release 6.1.  The problem is fixed in BEA WebLogic Server 7.0 SP1.

If you need a patch for release 6.0, contact BEA Support.

fix
Contact BEA Support for the appropriate patch or Service Pack and install it.  This will fix the problem.
