cause
There may be a problem with your Start Script.  To determine if this is the problem, see if the Start Script can be run directly on the machine with the WebLogic Server.  If the WebLogic Server does not start, you will need to fix the problem in the Start Script.

fix

1.        Edit the Start Script and fix the problem(s) in it.

2.        Run the Knowledge Script again.
