AppManager Chart Console
symptom
Gaps in the data in a graph
fix
There are four reasons why one or data points may be ?missing? in a graph in the Chart Console or a Report:
- There was no activity on the WebLogic Server since the last time data was collected. For example, if there were no invocations of a servlet since the last time data was collected, the short-term average execution time cannot be calculated. Similarly, a cache hit ratio cannot be calculated if there were no accesses of the cache since the last sample
- The WebLogic Server was not running when the job tried to collect data
- The job was stopped and then restarted. The BEA WebLogic Server SNMP agent (for release 5.1) or the NetIQ WebLogic Server agent (for releases 6.0 and after) was disabled.
- The data for many Knowledge Scripts cannot be collected if these agents are disabled.
