DMA can translate security on a NetApp filer. 

• In the global level of DMA, use the Translate Security on NetApp Filers wizard. 
• Within a project, use the Translate Security for Appliances wizard. 

Within both of these wizards, you have the choice to select Replace, Add, or Remove mode, just like in the Translate Security Settings wizard.

It is not necessary to edit the registry as it is when using Server Consolidator with NetApp filers.
