symptom
Event: SNMP counter not found:  .1.3.6.1.4.1.1450.3.21.1.35.10818.10818; .1.3.6.1.4.1.1450.3.21.1.36.10818.10818

cause
SNMP is not enabled at the Sun ONE Application Server application.

fix
  1. Start the iPlanet Application Server Administration Tool (iASAT) and enable SNMP as documented in the Sun ONE Application Server Administration Guide.
  2. Completely restart the Sun ONE Application Server (including the KAS).
  3. Run the Discovery Knowledge Script again.
  4. Run the SNMP Knowledge Script again.
