goal
What functionality is not available in Directory and Resource Administrator when managing a Windows NT4 domain as opposed to Windows 2000 Active Directory?

fix
When comparing Windows NT4 domains managed by Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) with the management of an Active Directory domain,  there is some similarity regarding the delegation of powers and control over domain objects.  With DRA, an Assistant Admin is delegated specific powers over user, group, and computer accounts using ActiveViews. The key difference between management of an Active Directory domain and a Windows NT4 domain in DRA is the ability to delegate functions by OUs.  Using OUs as a base for ActiveView design allows for a much more precise security model and more efficient delegation of domain management responsibilities.
