An account's Exchange 5.5 mailbox properties displayed by Directory and Resource Administrator do not match the properties displayed by native tools.

symptom
When viewing Exchange 5.5 mailbox properties for a user account using the DRA MMC interface, the properties displayed do not match the properties displayed when viewing that user's mailbox properties in Microsoft's Exchange Administrator.

cause
This issue is caused by specifying a user account as the Primary Windows NT Account for more than one mailbox.  When this occurs, DRA displays the properties of the first mailbox alphabetically that the user account is assigned to.

fix
It is not possible to display more than one mailbox for a user account in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA).  Renaming all secondary mailboxes that a user account is assigned to, so they appear after the user's primary mailbox on an alphabetical list, will allow the correct properties to be displayed in DRA.
