How do I delegate control over the 'Password never expires' flag for AA's that are using the DRA 6.5 Web Console?

cause
The out of the box Web Console for DRA 6.50 does not include the specific password flag, Password never expires.  Since this is not available, there are no powers that address this attribute.

fix

To correct this condition, upgrade to DRA version 6.60. 

This power is not available in version 6.5.  This was corrected with the 6.6 release.  In DRA 6.60, the Web Console now includes all the user password attributes that are observed in the DRA MMC.  With that in mind, the ability to allow an Assistant Admin to set the flag Password never expires is available through the power, Limited Powers...Create a User Account.
