It is necessary to reapply Hotfix 007231 after upgrading the server to DRA 6.5 or DRA 6.6, the version of the of acommon.dll will be replaced with the old version (2.51.0.50)  and therefore you must reapply the hotfix after upgrading to DRA 6.5  or DRA 6.6 to restore the ofacommon.dll to version 2.51.0.51.
