symptom
The Translate Security Settings wizard is not available in the project on the right side of the MMC or in the right-click context menu.

cause
The Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) MMC console will dynamically display the tasks that are available.  If the 'Translate Security Settings' wizard is not available, that means that one of the requirements for translating security has not been met.

fix

Please review the following requirements:

1. Make sure the project is reflecting the correct source and target domains of the user and/or group accounts.  These domains are displayed in the middle pane of the Domain Migration Administrator (DMA) MMC console.
   
2. The project must contain at least one user or group that has been migrated by this DMA console.  The user or group does not need to have been migrated within this project.  If the middle pane states '0 of 5 users migrated' and '0 of 3 groups migrated', then you need to migrate at least one user or one group.

If the Translate Security Settings wizard still does not appear after adding a user or group to the project, refresh the DMA MMC with F5 button to make sure the change is reflected.
