ActiveViews related to File Security Administrator do not show anything when 'Show Rule Members' is selected in an ActiveView Rule.
cause
The primary reason 'Rule Members' are not displayed for FSA rules is due to performance. It could take a long time to enumerate a rules member list for an FSA rule. Directory and Resource Administrator has no way of knowing whether an FSA agent has been landed on a machine that matches a rule. If an agent was present, and you have the FSA rule scope set to something similiar to "All Directories on All Computers", the members list would be a very large list because you are asking for all directories on all computers.

The product is working as designed. Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA/FSA) was not intended to show rule members when viewing File Security Administrator (FSA) rules in the DRA MMC.
An Enhancement request has been opened with Development to 'gray out' the option to show rules members for FSA related rules.
