Error: 'Network Path not Found (hr=53)' when creating a project.

cause
This error can be caused by DNS and/or WINS resolution.

fix

To resolve, verify that the source and target are accessible via native tools. DNS and WINS name resolution services must be in place and properly functioning to successfully use Domain Migration Administrator. This is because DMA uses NetBIOS name resolution. As an alternative, you can create an LMHOSTS file on the DMA console.
