Unable to view closed events.
Unable to view closed events from any operator console.
Unable to view closed events from any operator console.
Resolution
Change the following event preference in the Operator Console:
File > Preferences > Repository Tab > Event
Then un-select ''move aged events to archive tables in repository when:'
File > Preferences > Repository Tab > Event
Then un-select ''move aged events to archive tables in repository when:'
Cause
The feature 'move aged events to archive tables in repository when: event is closed' has been set in the preferences.
