symptom
An error indicating that there was a problem loading server information from the agent is received using the CLI command.

symptom
Error: 'Error loading server information from agent, HR=c00446f9'.

cause

This issue will appear if the agents were not set to automatically be installed on all Domain Controllers.

fix

If the agents have not been set to autmatically install on all Domain Controllers, then the issue can be resolved by adding the domain and server switch to the CLI like below

• ea /domain:domain_name /server:DRA_Server user * display
