You can use the Windows 'Scheduled Tasks' tool to have the Domain Migration Administrator Command Line Interface (DMACLI) execute a task to synchronize passwords.  Please refer to the following knowledge base articles for additional information:

Keep in mind that although the Task ID of the CLI task will no longer show when you LISTTASKS, you can continue to use the same Task ID to execute that specific task.
