Resolution

fact
Exchange Migrator 1.x

fact
Exchange Migrator 2.x

symptom
The Reply-to address displays the X.500 ( x500 ) address rather than the SMTP address.

cause
When an email is sent within the same Exchange Organization it is tagged as an internal message. When Exchange sends a reply to this message it attempts to send it using the x500 address of the sender. If you have migrated the destination account with Exchange Migrator, EM will add an x500 address to the target Exchange mailbox that references the x500 address of the source object which facilitates the target mailbox receiving that email. If the destination account has not yet been migrated then there should be a Custom Recipient (Contact) on the target that has the x500 address of the source object which facilitates the source mailbox recieving that email.
