symptom
Deleting a mail enabled user account in Directory and Resource Administrator (DRA) generates a 'catastrophic failure' message when the number of mailboxes exceeds the number DRA is licensed for.

cause
This issue is caused by the lack of an error message for the above condition.  DRA is unable to continue the operation normally, because of the excess mailboxes, and does not have a 'graceful' way to finish.  The result is a 'catastrophic failure' message.

fix

This issue is corrected in Directory and Resource Administrator 6.50.  To download the latest version of Directory and Resource Administrator, please refer to the following link:
