Situation

Domino_DBWhiteSpace Knowledge Scripts Generates Event: () Does not Exist Error Event Message
Event: () Does not Exist Error Event Message

Resolution

Please make sure to only monitor the Domino databases (.nsf file extensions) when using the Domino_DBWhiteSpace Knowledge Script.

To confirm which Domino databases are being monitored:

  1. Double-click the existing job (or right-click and select Properties).
  2. In the Object tab, uncheck any non-.nsf file extension databases, if applicable.
  3. Restart the knowledge script (right-click and select Start Job) if any changes are made.


Cause

This error can occur when the knowledge script is deployed to the wrong types of Domino databases.
